Returns & Exchanges


All sales are final. No returns, no exchanges.

Please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

​

We do not accept exchanges unless your item has a manufacturing fault. If by chance this occurs, please send all images of proof to info@iceystamp.com with the heading ‘Item Defect’ and the order number within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

​

If deemed eligible, any item being exchanged must be unworn and in its original condition with any tags or labels. Items will not be accepted if worn, washed or altered for any reason.

 

Shipping Information


UK Customers: Allow 4-12 working days for items to be delivered. (Please note, this does not include weekends or public holidays). 

​

International Customers: Allow 15-20 working days for items to be delivered. (Please note, this does not include weekends or public holidays). 

​

Pre-Orders: Please note, if purchasing an item that is sold on a pre-order basis, shipping times will vary. It could take up to 3-4 weeks from the pre-order close date. All details would be listed in the item's information section.

Shipment & tracking information will be sent via e-mail once your order has been dispatched. 

​

International customers are responsible for any Duty & Tax costs that may occur on delivery. Duty & Tax may vary by country.

Once tracking information has been received, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
